We bought this apartment in year 2002. Expected completion in 2005. Unfortunately the developer was declared as bankrupt and the project was stopped. The buyers form a committee and finally IJM took over but forced the buyer to sign will not claim for delay penalty. Expected to complete in year 2008. It was delayed also and alhamdulillah managed to be completed this year. We got the keys in October. The 5 years waiting finally ended..
Our unit is located at this block.. we went to inspect for any defect on 17/10/2010
Unfortunately there are still abandoned block and was informed that IJM will not proceed to complete it..
