Raya Shopping Spree

Raya memang lambat lagi, but we need to buy the materials now to send to our tailor..Maklum la tailor jauh..Me and the girls kena hantar to Kuantan and tailor Abang dan Ayah di Batu Pahat..

We bought the materials at Gulatis SACC..this year's theme is green..Bought for Ina (Ayah's youngest sister) and family, mak Melaka, mak Batu Pahat, Tok Mak and of course ours..

This year turn berhari raya di Melaka..yahooo!!

World of bookworms - the sleeping bookworms

It has been quite sometimes I have not been updating on the bookworms progress. We did buy books but this blog's owner are the one who is sleeping..:-p

The bookworms interest towards story books has deterioriate due to some incidents happened lately..and lets share about it later..

Sunday is rice free day

We declared Sunday as 'rice free' day..dah jemu dengan western (actually out of idea)..hi hi


Today, I made something different..



For breakfast...

Tortilla..the fillings are chicken,onions and tomatoes(tumis dulu)..plus cheese
Fold it..and bake for 10 minutes at 180 deg C

There you are..

Lunch - mee rebus (no photos taken)

And egg sandwich for tea..big thank you to Adik for her helping hands..

Majlis Anugerah Cemerlang Surau Platinum Al Mawaddah

2 Majlis Anugerah Cemerlang dalam satu hari..what a glory..

Kalau sebelah pagi majlisnya di SMKS7, sebelah malam pula di Surau Platinum Al Mawaddah. Majlis ini di anjurkan oleh Badan Khairat Kematian untuk anak2 ahli yang mendapat kejayaan cemerlang dalam peperiksaan tahun 2009 iaitu UPSR, PSRA, PMR dan SPM.

Selepas solat maghrib, ceramah motivasi oleh Ustaz Amal, followed by solat isya' then Majlis Penyampaian Anugerah disampaikan oleh Pengerusi Surau, Ustaz Fairuz.

Adik dan Abang menerima sumbangan wang tunai kerana pencapaian cemerlang dalam UPSR dan PMR. Tahniah..

I envy my mum..sebab apa? rezeki mak murah..selalu dapat jemputan untuk jadi tetamu Allah..hari ni mak pergi lagi menunaikan umrah bersama adik abah..kami ke KLIA untuk hantar mak..ehemm..actually jumpa mak di KLIA sebelum berlepas. Eda dan Angah dari Melaka..kami dari Shah Alam dan Along pulak dari Ampang. Cucu2 mak semua nya sekolah..yang ada cuma Arif, Fara dan Hasbulah yang kebetulan sedang study leave..

Mak, Abah dan dua cucu yang bongsu..Fara & Arif Mak peluk cium Ayah ...

Bye bye mak..Selamat menunaikan ibadat ..semoga mendapat umrah yang mabrur..doakan kami dapat jemputan ye..

As at today, 16th February 2010, mak dah 2 kali call Eda to inform dah selamat sampai di Madinah dan dah bertolak ke Mekah..

We attended Majlis Anugerah Cemerlang Gemilang Emas at SMKS7..walaupun Abang je yang dapat anugerah, I asked Kakak & Adik to join..nak bagi ada feel dan semangat untuk dapat anugerah..I hope..what a coincidence..we all wore blue jeans and brown sandal..hi hi..

Like mother like daughter..guess which one is me.. ;-)

Boys shopping day

Today we are going for shopping spree..

We are going to buy new school uniform for Abang sebab Abang jadi Pemimpin Pelajar..kami terpaksa berkunjung ke 5 shopping kompleks untuk dapatkan baju & seluar Abang

• Kompleks PKNS - baju & seluar ada tapi tak ada saiz
• Plaza Alam Sentral - sama seperti di atas.
• Plaza Masalam - tak jual baju kuning, seluar tak sedap pakai. Beli kasut hitam untuk Abang
• Ole-ole S18 - Alhamdulillah baju ada, seluar tak sedap pakai pulak
• Subang Parade - beli seluar hitam..cost me > RM100 for satu seluar hitam uniform sekolah

Sent sms to Ina asking about school uniform shops at Subang Jaya/USJ..but we did not go sebab Abang nak seluar slack hitam ..so, kami ke Subang Parade sebab Ayah pun nak beli baju & seluar kerja yang baru..

Teruk jugak menemankan orang lelaki shopping..me & the girls tak beli apa pun.. :-(

Other than baju, akhirnya Ayah beli jugak jam tangan baru setelah sekian lama begitu memilih ..

World of Kittens - Jom mandi

Dah lama betul tak mandikan budak2 ni..so hari ni, Yuli & Adik ditugaskan untuk mandikan semua..

Harry was the first one..dah dikeringkan..seriusnya muka..sori la terlepas nak ambil gambar Harry mandi..
Kiki dah siap..cool baby... ;-)Nina memang penakut air..hu hu ..Adik pun digigitnya..

One of the recipe book that I bought during book fair was a western cook book by Chef Hanieliza..tried 2 recipes today..potato wedges and Ayam Panggang Sumbat lemon

On the way back from PWTC, we were stucked in a massive jam from KL Sentral to Bangsar due to ongoing construction works. We stopped by at UM's mosque for zohor prayer then straight to Shah Alam. Our lunch was delayed to 3pm. We decided to have lunch at Sahara Tent, Plaza Masalam and at the same time can send Cik Timah for body wash and vacum.



Felt a bit ralat because Kakak actually did not joined us to the book fair and this nyum nyum lunch. She has to attend Camp for Pemimpin Pelajar at school. Tapau roti arab and Kaskas gravy for her.

Pesta Buku Antarabangsa KL

27th March 2010

Plan for today is to explore the KL International Book Fair at PWTC. Reached there as early as 9.30am but the parking lot is already full. School buses every where. Must be pack already inside, I talked to myself. True enough, the foyer was so crowded but the doors are still closed. We studied the map and determined which booth will be the must go booth.

Started with Karangkraf, bought a novel, few deco magazines and recipes. Then to first floor to buy some exercise books for the children. We also bought Kamus Dewan, Kamus Tatabahasa and Tesaurus Bahasa Melayu.

PTS One is a must visit booth for the kids. Bought some story books for them and recipe books for me.

Abang bumped into few of his old friends from SMAP Kajang
