I would never expect that someone will post me a brownies..I received this parcel from my dear junior sister during my college time..Never met her after I left college in 1983 but we met again recently via facebook. She sent me this brownies after we were talking about it when she posted her home made brownies in facebook. Thank you to my dear sis Ida..it taste very yummy..

Sunday is rice free day

We declared Sunday as 'rice free' day..dah jemu dengan western (actually out of idea)..hi hi


Today, I made something different..



For breakfast...

Tortilla..the fillings are chicken,onions and tomatoes(tumis dulu)..plus cheese
Fold it..and bake for 10 minutes at 180 deg C

Lunch - mee rebus (no photos taken)

And egg sandwich for tea..big thank you to Adik for her helping hands..

Mood western belum habis..this time kami buat chicken chop..and jemput jugak tetamu untuk rasa chicken chop versi sendiri

Plan hari ni adalah untuk masak baked macaroni, lasagna dan mushroom soup. No nasi today except for nasi untuk Ayah and ikan parang masak singgang

But our breakfast is a typical Malay breakfast,.he he

Bihun goreng by Yuli..And I bought nasi lemak & kuih koci at Pasar S6..since I don't really go for western (ehemm), I ate 2 nasi lemak..1 for breakfast and 1 for lunch..Our favourite kuih koci..Yuli cakap Awe buat lagi sedap

Lunch and dinner today..

Baked macaroni..buat extra utk bagi jiran sebelah sebab nak balas bekas..Lasagna before sent to oven..this was done mostly by my two girls..last week kakak nak sangat makan lasagna..kena beli kat pizza hut..Ayah cakap mama boleh buat tapi maybe setahun sekali je..cess!!perli ye..Kakak was assigned for the white sauce and diced the tomatoes, while Adik diced the onions..then the two girls finished up for the layers part..ok laa..sedap and licin...

Finally saya berjaya buat mushroom soup buat pertama kali..thanx to my lovely sister, Ida for the recipe..but seperti biasa saya modified ikut suka( I ommit the cream sebab rasa macam dah pekat)..Alhamdulillah jadi..thanx to my dear friend Ina for the motivation and keep on saying..senang je senang je..he he..

Yang penting Ayah boleh makan soup ni..

Believe it or not? Hari ni saya buat 4 pizza..Lepas kuliah subuh, kami ke pasar..on the way back, Abang call to inform kawan2 nak dtg buat discussion English..hmm..ok..nape tak bagi tahu awal2..apa nak masak utk budak2 ni..kalau cakap awal2, boleh la beli kuih kat pasar..tadi just beli nasi lemak & kuih apam for breakfast

Mula2 saya goreng keropok lekor yang Ayah beli di Kuantan baru2 ni...sekejap je licin..seronok tengok budak2 ni makan...nak buat apa lagi ye..goreng mee? ooo..ok..buat pizza..mula2 buat kan satu utk Abang & kawan2..then buat satu lagi utk kakak & Adik..Kakak tanya, Mama boleh tak kalau topping tu cheese only..hmm..ok..tapi bukan sekarang ye..nak makan malam2 nanti..takkan hari ni nak makan pizza je?

Lepas zohor kami ke kompleks PKNS utk beli baju KRS Abang..makan Kyros Kebab..kononnya nostalgia masa gi Europe asyik makan kebab je..rindu kebab la konon..tak cukup makan kat situ, tapau lagi..Lepas isya', baru la start projek fasa 2 pizza utk hari ini..

Cheese pizza..mula2 letak tomato paste, then letak cheddar cheese, then letak mozarella..lain kali nak extra cheese..hmmm..ye la tuh

29th January 2009 - Hari ini dalam sejarah

Dah lama teringin nak buat pizza sendiri..mula2 beli pan...simpan dulu..lama gak tuh

Last monday, kami ke Giant groceries time, beli pizza base(ready made), minced meat, mozarella cheese. Berangan jugak nak buat lasagna..Kakak, Adik & Abang keep on asking bila nak buat pizza..dgn kesibukan kerja + keletihan plus penyakit "M" , projek pizza masih tak jalan..

Pagi tadi, pesan kat Adik senarai yg perlu disediakan oleh bibik utk buat pizza..balik ptg tak sempat nak buat apa2 sbb nak kejarkan kuliah maghrib..yg ni tak boleh miss..Kuliah Ustaz Yusof bertajuk Alam Barzakh..janji dgn anak2, lepas balik surau mama buat pizza ok..before ke surau pesan Yuli itu ini..seperti dijanjikan, balik surau terus tuju kitchen..kerja paling mudah sbb bahan2 telah disiapkan oleh Yuli..oleh kerana ini cubaan pertama..ok laaa...2 pizza for supper...yummy..
